Name: Neoxy Proique Alias: Age:16 Height: 6'4 Weight:240 Hair Color: Black tint of purple Eye Color: Red Appearance: Neoxy wears a cross of two belts along his chest and long gloves up to his bicep striped of white and black and a fish net on his body over his belts along with them . He also wears purple pants with a black belt. He has a scar diagonally across is chest it is six inches long.He has black hair with red eyes and he is he ripped.
Personality: Neoxy hates when people think he is weak (he is prideful). He also likes to hang out with people. Neoxy trains on his techniques every single day for 5 hours. If u make him mad enough he will do serious damaged to you.(short tempered human being)
History:When Neoxy was created he was made as a 17 year old. They programmed him to be a house robot but when Neoxy was getting created there was an outcast an evil man who just hated everything and everyone so therefore he tampered with one of there creations and gave him a look of an human being, leading on to be called an android that was programmed to destroy every other sayian on the planet except his creator, but while his creator was making him he didn't actually know doing this will cause Neoxy to form feeling deep inside him that one day he might overcome his purpose to destroy, So he doesn't actually destroy people as soon has he sees them.if made enraged he gets faster and stronger therefor goes for a quick kill with 1 or several punches depends what power level they are .So oncoming events happened and killed three people and was sent to jail. Neoxy was supposed to stay in jail for two years but he escaped two days after he was sent to the jail. he had to fight off three guards at the same time and he almost killed all three of them. But Neoxy had to kill one of the three officers and left the other two alive. Now Neoxy is fine in in the woods on vegeta. I'll have to rule against your Unique Trait for the moment simply because power is so relative. If you're as strong as Nappa, I don't see how you can crush Super Buu's rib cage with a punch no matter how you deliver it. Tweak it a little. Maybe you could say something more like, "When in a rage, he becomes much stronger and faster" or something like that.
